Stephanie Buchhorn is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Walden University. She received her licensure through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Initially, she obtained her certification as an LVN and worked in several different areas of the medical field. She then obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2013. Once graduated, she spent 5 years working as an RN in a surgical setting with Pain Management and Gastroenterology. In 2018 she graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing and continued her career in Pain Management.
Working closely with Dr. Zagunis, Stephanie thoroughly understands how to identify and treat acute and chronic pain conditions. Stephanie has been trained by Dr. Zagunis and collaborates to make an informed treatment plan. Dr. Zagunis and Stephanie make an expert team that tackle even the most severe cases of chronic pain using the latest advanced treatments available today.
